I am still not sure how Elijah slithered his way into his position, but somehow he was able to make himself head of a defense research facility commonly known as The Sunsphere. He seemed content to hide in his nest and collect a paycheck until a few years ago. Some sort of incident put a bee in his bonnet. At this point Elijah began working on his project. The details are still foggy, but I know he’s creating a manufacturing facility, and from all the documents I’ve uncovered, he sees the workers of The Razor as a resource that the UPRC is not utilizing properly.
