Hello listener. I’m glad you finally found these. When last you watched, or will watch. Time is a bit out of sorts where I am, I was telling you about the wheel. A wheel that runes and is directed by those at the center. I spoke at length about how it crushes those on the outside, those without power. At the time, naively, I thought that the wheel could be stopped. That those people on the outside could seize the power to direct the wheel on their own. Forward observations station Delta checking in Listen. I know it was against orders, but I went to the ruins of Bartlett. I mean, what are you going to do? Come and arrest me out here? I found a few interesting things this time. A few books I am trying to decode. I keep getting these headaches, so the decoding is slow going. I also found a few VHS tapes labeled “Missy Cogbrun/Willaims” from what looks like 84 or so. I can’t play them out here, obviously, but they were in some kind of wild looking safe, so I imagine there might be SOMETHING on them. I…I just want answers listener. Maybe these will get them for me.

Forward observation station delta checking in listener. Despite my best efforts, I can’t find the source of the radio station. I can pick it up on AM short band, but any effort to triangulate it leads to a part of the former national park. There was never a radio tower there, and visual from a distance don’t show one now. Using RC, I tried to navigate an unmanned camera into the area, but everytime I try to watch the cassette I black out. How are these private contractors able to get closer than me listener? Please, what am I not being told?
