It’s some kind of low level carrier signal. It’s the ping AI devices send out to establish communication. He wants me to use it to overwrite command structures, but I can’t. That’s not how it works. All this signal is a ping, like radar. The AI is just looking for a return on the sig...but it’s open for that return and is you could bury some kind of executable in the return signal you can open a way in. These reports are promising, but I want battle simulations. Look into peacekeeping scenarios too. I think this potential far beyond the battlefield and can finally get the Bleed heading the direction we want.

Apologies for the black out. I had to go dark for a bit. I was worried that Commander Evans was beginning to grow suspicious. The heat seems to have died down, though I spent my time wisely. I have finally dug up information on what Elijah and Commander Evans are working on. They are building mechs. I...I don’t know why. The baseline specs don’t seem to be anything special, and I am still trying to figure out where the manufacturing facility is. I’m digging deeper. It makes no sense for them to build mech. I am still not sure how Elijah slithered his way into his position, but somehow he was able to make himself head of a defense research facility commonly known as The Sunsphere. He seemed content to hide in his nest and collect a paycheck until a few years ago. Some sort of incident put a bee in his bonnet. At this point Elijah began working on his project. The details are still foggy, but I know he’s creating a manufacturing facility, and from all the documents I’ve uncovered, he sees the workers of The Razor as a resource that the UPRC is not utilizing properly.
